Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location; ensure all original attachments and manuals are included inside the box.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
